As an alternative to paper based In-Basket Exercises, Inbox™ is an innovative software solution that delivers the contents of our current AC-EXS In-Basket Exercises in a familiar electronic Inbox format, enhancing the quality and experience of your Assessment & Development Centres.

How it Works

The Participant uses a PC or laptop to work through a familiar on-screen Inbox, dealing with each email item in an appropriate manner.  During each timed Exercise, the Participant faces a number of issues, differing in complexity and volume.  Their performance is logged and a flexible marking frame is produced for the Assessor.

• Inbox can be installed on as many PCs or laptops as you wish allowing you to deal with more than one Participant at a time
• Inbox contains the full selection of our off-the-shelf In-Basket Exercises
• Inbox is operated using a Credit facility. 12 Credits are needed for each Participant to complete an Inbox Assessment and for the Assessor to mark and generate reports
• Inbox can be run in a multiple session format, enabling it to be integrated with other activities throughout your Assessment Centre
• New emails arrive during the Exercise, giving the impression of working in ‘real time’
