Select from the following options. You do not need to select all options and can search in any order you like. Once you are happy with the number of Exercises available, click on the 'View Exercises' button.
To select an appropriate Exercise you need to determine the balance of the working situation within your target role. For example, if a person in the target role spends 50% of their time working alone, then your Exercise choices should reflect this.
What skills are needed to be effective in your target role? These are the criteria that are used for measuring a Participants' performance against the target role. We suggest you aim for 6-8 criteria that are clearly related to the target role.
Select the Business Function in which your Exercise should be set. The level of technical content in our Exercises mean that most can be used in any function. Look for the Generic icon.
Select the Industry Sector in which your Exercise should be set. The level of technical content in our Exercises mean that most can be used in any sector. Look for the Generic icon.
