Description
Participants assume the role of a recently recruited Financial Advisor in an insurance company. Having completed their technical training and obtained their Financial Planning Certificates, they are able to start actively selling without such a high level of supervision as they had before. They have been asked by their Sales Manager to compile a business plan based upon the sales target they have been given, which shows the nature and volume of the activities they must undertake to achieve their target. The Participant is provided with data about target markets, sales procedures and conversion ratios and is expected to analyse this data in order to produce a workable project plan, which must be submitted to their Sales Manager for approval.
