Description

The Participant assumes the role of a Department Head in a DIY retail store. They are provided with a large amount of information regarding a variety of product lines, stock levels, delivery schedules and promotions. Their task is to analyse the data presented and to generate a plan to cope with anticipated delivery shortages.
