Description
Participants assume the role of Operations Officers working for a Pharmaceutical company – RBL. The Director of Operations has requested that the Participant and their colleagues meet to discuss four pressing issues currently within the organisation. The group must agree appropriate solutions to each of the issues and prioritise which they feel should be implemented in order to preserve the image and reputation of RBL.
